Hi, I'm Charity, and I am advocate, problem solver, and a creative at heart. I began my journey obtaining an Illustration degree in Fine Art from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design. I have done concept art, figurative sculpture, performance (DAM and BlackCube Denver), illustration, professional miniature painting, and art mentorships. These endeavours have helped me uncover the importance of art and expression as it relates to living who I am, while allowing me to make connections with others and discover what I love about sharing knowledge and helping them achieve their goals.

After realising that the commercial art world was not fit for my soul, I turned my passion for creativity, problem solving, and authentic living towards the world of real estate. I was greatly inspired by my first home purchase in 2021, when I realised this once far-off and impossible dream was actually an obtainable goal, not just for myself but others as well.

All my life I have believed that having a place to call home, that is safe and undeniably ours, a place to prosper, is one of the most important aspects of life. In an effort to acknowledge this, I seek to bridge the gap between homeownership and the individual, and break down those barriers through education, advocacy, goal setting, and careful planning. It is my purpose to connect individuals to their perfect home, to help them achieve their investment goals, to plan for their future, and support generational wealth as a means to break systematic oppression, poverty, and marginalisation.

My business is built on a foundation of intentionality; I strive to better serve others and support their endeavours through effective communication and empathy. As a real estate agent, my focus is on advocacy for my clients and their needs.

In my free time I pursue painting, photography, and working with aspiring artists to help them achieve their vision.
